As with any manager, Justin wears many hats within Just-In Time, whether it's hands on out in the field servicing an account or behind the scenes managing decisions and implementing the company's long and short term plans—he believes that building a solid relationship with a client is imperative and has turned his passion of cleanliness into a business. 


Assistant Director of Operations

As any dedicated manager, he is oil of the company. John has worked closely with Justin Mason for over 10 years and maintains a high level of integrity within the leadership role. John is responsible for the creation of marketing strategies, generation of sales leads, and also negotiating and closing deals. He brings the ability to diversify our clientele. 


Co-Founder & Administrator 

Tia brings a corporate background of an Executive Assistant and HR professional to Just-In Time. With over 8 years in these roles, she is driven to providing technical and administrative support to the leadership team.  Tia is also responsible for the daily administrative functions, scheduling, along with maintaining our accounts payable department.
